How to push yourself?

How do we know how many miles we can run unless we actually run and try it out?Life doesn’t have any boundaries so take that risk, and try that activity out, go out of your comfort zone, you won’t regret it.There were many times in everyone’s lives where we have initiated a very small thing and it actually resulted in where we are right now. You need to push yourself to actually figure out what you are capable of. The simple golden rules to follow are,

  • If you have a dream and it is hard to achieve, remember that anything is possible and that dreams do come true. Take small steps, make progress little by little, and you will reach your goals.

  • Having the right attitude is the key to initiate the small steps. First, start planning the easy steps and start spending time on it. Once you actually start working then you realise the actual challenges that lie within and then, you can plan on how to overcome these step by step.

  • You need to work hard to achieve the goal. Remember nothing comes for free. This doesn’t mean you stress yourself out, it means you push yourself so that you can be the best version of yourself and you get closer to achieving your goals.

  • Pushing yourself doesn’t always mean mentally, you should also push yourself physically. Try an activity that is out of your comfort zone, or try running or yoga for example , which are activities that improve you mentally and physically. It might seem hard at first. But as mentioned before, start small, set yourself little goals and keep going.
