Everyone must have heard varying stories from various people about how some people continued to live their lives for twenty or thirty years after receiving serious diagnoses like cancer. Was it genuine? Yes, of course. These kinds of tales abound, and the only thing that makes them actually occur is the individual's self-belief that they must live longer in order to exist. If having self-belief allows us to avoid death, then we can approach everything in life with the powerful motivation known as "Believe in Self."
In one of the local languages, there is a well-known proverb that states that self-belief may both prevent and treat cancer, as well as kill those with ulcers. When we are young, we observe youngsters who are excelling in their academics, but the majority of the time, very few will go on to lead successful lives. Why is this taking place? Sports show us that many people attempt, but only a select few are more successful. Nothing but self-belief is the cause.
The renowned sports icon Sachin Tendulkar discusses his 16-year-old international cricket debut as well as some extremely important lessons about confidence. He was quite anxious about taking on the Pakistan cricket team's incredible pace bowling when he first came out to bat. He then went and sobbed, declaring that playing international cricket was not for him and that he was ready to give up. However, he managed to console himself and went to bat the next time with the idea that he shouldn't worry about bowling or scoring runs; instead, all he should focus on is remaining at the crease for 30 minutes. He continued to play, added a fifty, and is today known as our world's own sporting genius, Sachin Tendulkar.
All that makes up a human existence is its abundance of experiences. We can never truly understand something's true worth unless and until we actually go through it. Why can't we try it and see if it works with self belief?
These are the easy, golden rules to remember in order to constantly have confidence in yourself.
Without any hesitation, try to take action first and find out what is in store for you. We will become more assured as a result and stop having self-doubts.
Consider both positive and negative outcomes, and evaluate your strengths as you are the best one to appraise how you are doing.
Take inspiration from the success stories and keep telling yourself, "If they can do it, why can't I?"
Always keep in mind that luck favours the bold, therefore until you take a chance, you won't receive what you want. Never be afraid to take a chance. Keep in mind that compared to countless achievements, one failure in life provides hundreds of lessons.
Remember the challenging times in the past and how you conquered them, and this will inspire a new conviction that you can certainly succeed in this endeavour as well.
